• Full-size washing machine & dryer

*Freshly laundered towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hairdryer, and other toiletry items provided.

You’ll have access to the entire home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!

We are a small family operation. We typically have someone available as needed but do have “closed” operating hours where someone may not respond until the next day. Those hours are from 8 PM – 9 AM CST! Please note that hours are subject to change without notice. We prefer to keep communications on the Airbnb messages as often as possible and ask that you please do the same.

In the event of any emergencies, please reach out via phone. If you are calling during our “closed” hours you will need to call 2-3 times in order to get past the do not disturb settings on our phones.

We really do want you to feel like you are being taken care of so should you need anything or have questions, please reach out to us!

Locks:
• The front door is operated by a keyless lock. The code will be provided in check-in details, which are sent directly to the guest the day before check-in.

• 2 vehicle attached garage
• Free street parking

Kitchen:
• Equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting board, cocktail tools, wine opener, dinnerware and glassware, cutlery, kids cutlery and cups, fire extinguisher and more.

To help us protect the home and create a smooth, secure arrival experience, we partner with Happy Guest, a simple, app-free platform that works right in your web browser (no downloads or accounts required).

After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick verification process, which includes:
Signing our rental agreement
ID verification
A temporary $2,500 security hold
(This is a pending authorization only—not a traditional deposit and it releases automatically after checkout.)

If you prefer not to place a security hold, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead:

$50 for up to 10 nights
+$3 per additional night

Your Happy Guest portal will also include helpful property details, check-in info, and a curated list of our favorite local spots.
