Entry:
The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with others and if you would like to register more than one code, please let us know! We’d love to get your help and ask if you’d please remove your shoes when entering the home and not allow water to soak on the floor.

Our guest have full-access to the home and it’s premise, except for the cleaning closets, which are located in the Garage 2nd floor.

The home is managed by a local property manager. Upon booking, you will have their direct contact number should you need anything.

Also referred to as The Heights, quiet Houston Heights is known for its Victorian homes along tree-lined Heights Boulevard, as well as its quirky stores. Retro-seekers head to the antique and record shops of West 19th Street, also home of the classic Heights Theater and the monthly First Saturday Arts Market. The Heights hike-and-bike trail follows a leafy path all the way to Downtown Houston.

The home is in a residential community with 3 other homes. In our efforts to maintain a healthy relationship with our neighbors, we ask that you be courteous to where you park, the noise level in the home, and your environment.

There are several attractions within minutes from the home. You may drive, bike, or walk to several surrounding areas.

Parking is restricted to our 2 vehicle parking garage and free street parking. You may NOT park in the common driveway, outside of the garage, at any time or for any period of time. Towing enforced.

Locks:
• The front door is operated by a keyless lock. The code will be provided in check-in details, which are sent directly to the guest the day before check-in.

After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick verification process, which includes:

A temporary $2,500 security hold
(This is a pending authorization only — not a traditional deposit — and it releases automatically after checkout.)

If you prefer not to place a security hold, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead:

$50 for up to 10 nights

+$3 per additional night

⏱ Timing & Same-Day Bookings (Important)

We kindly ask that the verification process be completed promptly after booking so everything is finalized well before arrival.

For same-day or last-minute reservations, access to the home is provided at check-in. Verification is still required as part of the stay and must be completed promptly after arrival to remain in compliance with our house rules.

Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe after booking or arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy.
