If your here to enjoy our amazing snow, you won’t be disappointed! 45 mins to Alta/Snowbird/Brighton. Theater and large shopping centers less than 10 mins away. Hiking and other outdoor activities conveniently located in Herriman! This a basement apt with extra insulation to minimize sound for you. If you have any questions please reach out!

You’ll have full access, along with driveway parking and on street parking in front of the home.

We are here to help and generally available! Text and Airbnb messaging is the preferred method of contact and we will respond as quickly as possible! We live right upstairs, so if there is anything you need to improve your stay just let us know!

We love our neighborhood! We are a close community with lots of young families. So please be extra vigilant driving in the neighborhood as there are many children that will play in the street. Most will move out of the way for you without any issues. Although posted speed limits are 25, we do find ourselves driving around 10 mph in our neighborhood. We have a small park around the corner and a larger park within a 10 min walk.

You’ll want to make sure you have access to transportation. Uber and Lyft are available in the area but may be a 10 min wait. We are walking distance to grocery stores and some eats.

⏺DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and to provide added protection for both our guests and our property, we partner with SuperHog/Truvi, a trusted third-party provider for guest verification and damage protection.

Before your arrival, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions to complete a quick and simple verification process. As part of this service, a non-refundable waiver fee of $50 will be applied, which provides coverage for up to $500 in accidental damages to the property during your stay. Please note that this coverage does not include intentional damages or neglect.

Completion of the verification process is necessary to finalize your reservation and ensure a smooth check-in experience. Failure to complete the process or meet the screening requirements may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
