The main difference between property management and co-hosting is the location and financial handling. Property management is for properties located in Utah, where we collect the rental income, handle all expenses, and then cut the owner a check. Co-hosting is available nationwide, where the owner receives all the rental income directly and is responsible for all property bills. We then invoice the owner for our services at the beginning of each month. In both scenarios, we take care of everything to ensure your property is well-managed and guests have a great experience.

At The Airbnfree, we prioritize our property owners’ earnings. Our financial model ensures that owners receive their agreed-upon share of the profits first. This is typically structured in a target compensation model, where an agreed-upon amount is paid out to the owner after covering any essential expenses. Once the owner’s share is distributed, we then take our agreed-upon portion. Any remaining profits are split equally, with 50% going to the owner and 50% to us as the co-host. This approach ensures transparency and aligns our success with yours, creating a mutually beneficial partnership.
